1. Overview Task Pay (https://taskpay.top) is a marketplace platform that allows users to order and provide services with payment held in escrow. The Platform currently operates in demonstration mode using FDK demo tokens from the New Reality platform, with the right to switch to real currencies in the future.

2. Eligibility 
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform.

3. Platform Use and Escrow Structure

• Clients deposit FDK demo tokens into an escrow system.

• Providers deliver services per agreed terms.

• Upon confirmation of service completion, tokens are released to the provider.

• Disputes may delay or prevent release and will be handled through our support team.

4. Demo-Token Usage 
All operations are performed with FDK demo tokens, which hold no real monetary value and are used solely within the simulation environment.

5. User Responsibilities 
You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or escrow system

• Attempt fraud or circumvention of demo-token processes

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

6. Termination and Suspension 
We may suspend or terminate access for violating the Terms or disrupting platform integrity.

All content, branding, and platform design are the property of Task Pay and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• The platform is provided "as is" in demo mode.

• We do not guarantee uptime or financial performance.

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
